Located in Anoka, MN we work with licensors and brands to produce, sell and distribute our products to supermarkets, retail bakeries, and ice cream stores throughout North America.


DecoPac, Inc. (the "Company") is seeking an experienced corporate paralegal to join our team. This position will support and work closely with the General Counsel on a broad range of corporate and general matters for the Company and its affiliates, including diverse subject-matter and significant cross-collaboration to assist with providing legal and contractual support for all departments. The legal team historically has performed work in an office environment, although currently work is being performed remotely'this role would have potential to have continued remote flexibility. This individual will be a highly resourceful, go-to person for our dynamic and fast-paced Company!


  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and maintaining a broad range of commercial agreements and related documents, including customer, supplier, non-disclosure, license, software, sales and other service agreements.
  • Perform legal research, monitor legislation that impacts the company and assist in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including consumer products, data privacy, employment and import laws and regulations.
  • Revise and maintain legal forms and complete process improvement initiatives for scalability.
  • Assist with corporate governance, contract and document management, and intellectual property registrations and renewals
  • Assist with due diligence and perform other responsibilities related to corporate acquisitions or other special projects.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information and work across all departments to assist with applicable legal needs.


  • 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred; paralegal certificate helpful
  • Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other legal documents
